Who we are
The controller of the personal data collected through this site is:
- Responsible
- Leo Schulz, trading as KRYOTERA
- Phone
- +30 697 562 7886
KRYOTERA is the exclusive distributor of ProseQ cryotherapy chambers in Greece and Cyprus. For any question about your data, write to us at leo.kryotera@gmail.com.
What we collect
Enquiry form. When you send a request, we receive what you fill in: your name, company (optional), email or phone, project type, the model you are interested in and your message, plus the language of the page you sent it from.
Direct contact. If you call or write to us directly, we process your details and what the message says.
Technical data. Like any web server, our hosting provider records technical details of requests (such as IP address, browser and time) to run and secure the site. Visitor statistics (Vercel Web Analytics) count page views anonymously and in aggregate, without cookies and without visitor profiles. When you send the form, bot protection (Vercel BotID) checks signals from your browser to tell people from automated programs.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your request and preparing an offer: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Site security, preventing misuse of the form, and anonymous statistics: our legitimate interest in running the site securely and improving it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we make no automated decisions about you.
Who can see it
Only the people handling your request at KRYOTERA see your data. To run the site we use the following processors, which act only on our instructions:
- Vercel Inc. (USA): hosting, anonymous statistics and bot protection.
- Resend (USA): delivering your request to our inbox, through infrastructure in the European Union.
- Google (Gmail): the email service where we receive requests.
We do not pass your data to any other third party unless you ask us to or the law requires it.
Transfers outside the EU
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and correspondence for as long as we need to answer you and discuss your project, and for at most 24 months after our last contact if no cooperation follows. If it does, contract records are kept for as long as tax and commercial law requires. The hosting provider's technical logs are deleted automatically after a short period.
Cookies
The site uses no cookies for advertising, tracking or statistics, so it does not ask for your consent. When you send the form, bot protection may store strictly necessary security data in your browser.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To use these rights, write to us at leo.kryotera@gmail.com. We will reply within one month.
If you believe the processing breaks the law, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Kifisias 1-3, 115 23 Athens) or, if you live in Cyprus, to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
Changes
If the way we handle your data changes, we will update this page and the date at its top.
